Urgent Prayer needed for Deanna & Phil Patrick: April 27, 2010

Pray: for a full-time job for Phil. The church he has been working at as an assistant pastor, Youngstown Metro Church can no longer pay him starting next month (March).

This growing church plant has an amazing team of dedicated pastors who are willing to work part-time secular jobs and serve as pastors as well but due to the economy they can no longer pay Phil. He will be loosing the $1,000 a month they have been paying him which they used to pay their house payment and utilities.

This means they stand a very high risk of loosing the house they are living in. Jobs in the Youngstown area are extremely hard to find. Deanna has two more years of nursing school before she graduates. Her last two years she qualifies for a grant to pay for her education but if Phil doesn't find a job by the end of May they will most likely have to move.

 Pray for God's direction and that He would open up a full-time job for Phil quickly. This is a tough decision to make so quickly. Deanna is really feeling the stress of it all and having trouble focusing on her school work.
